本案通过“简单”、“多色”、“开放空间”的设计宗旨来诠释“居“、“作”自由变换的新生活模式。Through the design purposes of "simple", "multicolor" and "open space", the new mode of life is interpreted.

打破空间的疆界，将会客区、餐厅兼书房等进行空间链接，融入“色彩”元素，在入口玄关处点缀亮色的小黄人摆件，释放出年轻的奔放。公共区域大胆采用三原色的装饰元素作为搭配，令无空间拘束感的开放区变得拥有温馨感的同时富有“私人工作室”的个性。

Break the boundary of space, will combine the space of guest area, dining room and study together. At the same time, this creation merges color element to release the young’s unrestrained by decorating small bright yellow figure at the entrance. The public area is daring to use the decorative elements of three primary colors as the collocation, making the space-free open area with warm feeling and the personality of "private studio".

开放串联的住宅公共空间配置后视觉创投效果更强，令整体空间变得空阔，创造气韵流动的通透感。地面选择木纹砖的温润柔和、多元色墙面增加概念画幅打破“空阔”，利用近线、动线的合理规划，带入更贴近90后生活型态。

After configuring the public space of the house in open series, the visual investment effect is stronger; the whole space becomes capacious with breathtaking flow sense. This creation makes space more compact by choosing soft wood strips, adding concept paintings on the multicolor walls. Making use of the rational planning of the near line and moving line, it embodies more close to the 90’s life style.
